Ordering:

By submitting an inquiry form, please understand that you're submitting an inquiry only, not an official order. Your order will be confirmed once you have received a response via email and a nonrefundable deposit has been submitted. Please acknowledge that once your order is confirmed, the pickup date cannot be changed. Each cookie is handcrafted with care, so slight variations in color and shape from reference photos are to be expected — that’s part of the artistry that makes every batch uniquely yours.

Payment & Cancellation:

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your order and reserve your pickup date. The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date noted in your confirmation email. Orders are not considered final until full payment has been received. Because each order is custom-made, cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, if an unforeseen circumstance arises, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll do my best to accommodate when possible.

Pickup:

All cookies are freshly baked and beautifully packaged for pickup on the date and time confirmed in your order email. Please arrive promptly, as I’m unable to hold or reschedule pickups once the order is complete. Cookies should be transported flat and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to preserve their quality and design. Once orders leave my possession, Spookies Cookie Co. is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or after pickup.
